The WGSS major can be a valuable asset for student graduates entering the workplace as it gives experience in diversity and inclusion issues like the intersections of race and gender or the complexity of the gender spectrum. The following is a sample program map for the WGSS major, which shows how the required course could fit into your four-year plan. Please contact the WGSS Directors or our advisor Megan Bowen (firstname.lastname@example.org), for more information about how you can become a WGSS major or add a WGSS double major to your existing major.
