About Ms. Holmen
Lauren M. Holmen is the Arts Marketing Manager and Facilities Coordinator. She oversees the marketing efforts of the art, music and theatre programs, including creating advertisements, press releases, email marketing campaigns, social media content, and maintaining the website. Lauren also manages the Fine Arts Auditorium, Jenkins Mainstage Theatre, Jenkins Hall Blackbox and the Fine Arts Gallery at the Armstrong Campus. Additionally, she serves as the box office manager. Along with her team, she sells tickets to the campus community and the Savannah and surrounding areas, creates programs, manages the patron database, ushers, and front-of-house needs.
Before Georgia Southern, Lauren worked as Community Relations Manager for the Lucas Theatre and Marketing Director for the Keychange Cabaret. From 2013-2015 she served as Assistant Director of Admissions for South University. In her free time, she choreographs, performs and volunteers for local community theatre, dance and music organizations. Lauren holds a Master of Science in Leadership from South University and a Bachelor of General Studies, with an emphasis in Public Relations, Communication Arts, and Marketing, from Georgia Southern University.
