Spring 2021

Sadie Ingram, a senior at Georgia Southern and the president of Phi Alpha Theta, made this video to showcase the fact that students can start dipping their toes into professional work while undergrads in our department.

Fall 2020

Jessica Forsee and Alyssa Windsor created a game called “Ballot Box” (https://georgiasouthern.libguides.com/ballotbox) about the 1968 election, which uses real oral histories from the time for character identities.

James Wright’s created a double site that uses both Omeka (https://diosavblackcatholichistory.omeka.net/) and the Digital Library of Georgia (https://dlg.usg.edu/collection/rcds_ohdiosav).  The double archive/double portal is a great model in terms of design for digital archives that are relevant to Georgia history.
