Immunizations
All students at Georgia Southern University must provide proof of immunizations.
BEFORE you come to the United States, print and complete the Certificate of Immunization.
• All forms must be completed in English with a physician’s signature.
• Foreign language reports WILL NOT be accepted as well as handwritten lab results.
• Dates of immunizations or titers with results are required.
If you cannot get all of the immunizations before you arrive, you can get them at University Health Services.
