Steve Harper, producer of DC’s “Stargirl” and writer/producer for “American Crime,” “God Friended Me,” “Covert Affairs,” and “Send Me,” will host his pitching workshop Saturday, Nov. 14, from noon to 2 p.m. via Zoom.
