Alumna to speak about the places an English major an go

Aleyna Rentz is a photographer and fiction writer from rural Southwest Georgia, where she grew up with her six brothers and sisters. She now lives in Baltimore, where she recently finished her MFA in creative writing at Johns Hopkins University. Read Rentz’s work “Creatures that live at the bottom of the ocean” here.
She will speak as part of the Department of Literature’s “A conversation about going far with an English major” Thursday, Oct. 29, at 7 p.m. via Zoom.
