Conn’s work selected for exhibitions in South Carolina and Ohio

Bridget Conn’s work will be featured in the group show “Depth of Field,” an exhibition of contemporary photography that encompasses a multitude of methods and processes, at the Spartanburg Art Museum in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The exhibition runs Sept. 17 until Dec. 30, with an opening reception at 6:30 p.m. on Sept.17.

One of Bridget Conn’s works was selected for “Let There Be,” an exhibition at Manifest Gallery in Cincinnati, Ohio. This exhibit showcases “works that reveal the ‘objectness’ of photography either through the display of the works themselves, the mechanisms crafted to create lens-based experiences, dialogs between photographic works and their physical subjects, or narrative works explaining the complicated entanglement of light and form.” It runs from Sept. 25 – Oct. 23.
