In Memoriam

The Department of History lost one its own in July of 2020.  Dr. Michael Benjamin, Associate Professor of History, passed away after an extended battle with cancer.  A wonderful teacher, selfless colleague, generous friend, and a consummate gentleman, Dr. Benjamin will be truly missed.  On behalf of the Faculty, Staff, and Students of the Department, we offer our deepest sympathies to his loving family.
